FREIGHT

• Used for all tents, large replacement parts and/or larger awnings.

• Ships via Old Dominion (ODFL).

• May be shipped to residential or business addresses
  
  OR

• May be picked up from nearest freight terminal

GROUND

• This is used for all products EXCEPT tents, large replacement parts and/or larger awnings.

• Standard delivery (no expediting).

• Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Shipped directly to the address provided.

• No signature is required.

  Orders that are canceled after they have already been processed for shipment are subject to a 3% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the processing and handling costs incurred once an order has entered the fulfillment stage.

 Any changes in delivery address, times, or dates are subject to additional delivery fees and may delay the shipment.
